I recently engaged Indigo Real Estate to sell my house in Beechworth. It sold within six weeks.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Jamie and Sarah at Indigo Real Estate. I have dealt with several real estate agents over the years, and have no hesitation in stating that I have found Indigo Real Estate provided me with the best service of any estate agents I have used up to now.
I selected Indigo Real Estate because it was the only real estate business in Beechworth whose principal and staff all lived in Beechworth. I had not used them before, and found right from the first day that they took a personal interest in selling my house.
Feedback was excellent, and Jamie kept me up to date with developments at all stages of the selling process. This is important for a client, as many agents just do not get back to the client to keep them informed of client impressions of the property or developments generally.
Jamie’s appraisal of the property was comprehensive and the selling price recommended was realistic. Marketing was also realistic and not “over the top”. As a result, marketing costs were very reasonable. The fact that the property sold within six weeks reflected appropriate marketing and property price.
