We are locally owned and operated and our staff live in Indigo too, which is critical when choosing an agent to sell or rent your property, or to buy or rent a property from. Indigo Real Estate is led by Principal and Director Jamie Horne who has lived in Indigo since 2001 and is actively involved in all aspects of providing the best real estate service to our clients. Our head office is located in Beechworth from where we are currently active in servicing our immediate surrounding communities of Beechworth, Chiltern, Stanley, Wooragee and Yackandandah.

Our Team
Director and Principal Jamie Horne has lived in Beechworth since 2001 and has been active in the local property market since purchasing his first Indigo house in the 1990’s. Jamie is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent (CEA), holds a Master’s Degree (Business), a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance), a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, a Diploma of Arts (Professional Writing), and a Certificate of Accounting. Jamie is a qualified SCUBA Dive Master and has traveled and lived in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Central and South America.
Jaqui Ward is your Indigo Real Estate Senior Property Manager. Jaqui specialises in both residential and commercial property management in Beechworth, Chiltern, Stanley, Wooragee, and Yackandandah. Jaqui has extensive local community, property, and tenant knowledge. Jaqui offers you a proven commitment and demonstrated skill to help landlords achieve the best from their property investment whilst securing positive working relationships with tenants.
Jaqui has completed the REIV Certificate IV (Property Services) and regularly keeps up to date with the real estate industry and its changing nature.
